Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide day-to-day office support and assist with project and contract administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions. Answer phones, respond to emails, and welcome visitors. Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and employees. Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and other documentation. Track certificates of insurance, subcontractor agreements, and vendor information. Assist with permits, contracts, and project correspondence. Coordinate meetings, calendars, and company events. Order office supplies and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures. Provide additional support to accounting and payroll functions as needed. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associates or post-secondary education preferred. 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. From $20.00 per hour
