As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for a Front Desk & Care Plan Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people, guiding patients through their care journey, and keeping a fast-paced clinic running smoothly. Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for someone who is: Confident communicating with patients Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing treatment options and care plans Interested in hands-on patient care and clinical support Excited about integrative and regenerative medicine You'll be the first and last point of contact for our patients — supporting them both administratively and in person during their visits. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a professional, warm clinic experience Coordinate scheduling, check-ins, and patient flow Provide hands-on patient care, including therapies (will train) Review and explain provider-recommended care plans in a clear, supportive way Help patients understand treatment timelines, expectations, and next steps Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff Manage front desk operations, phone calls, insurance verification, and patient inquiries What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Organized, reliable, and able to multitask Experience in healthcare, medical office, wellness, or patient-facing roles preferred Comfortable discussing services and guiding patients through care decisions Interest in chiropractic, regenerative, or aesthetic medicine is a plus Sales experience is helpful, but we're more interested in confidence, clarity, and patient rapport.
