The position focuses on project execution, contract lifecycle coordination, system utilization, and advisor management — with no responsibility for money movement, accounting, or financial approvals. Track and drive execution of commercial real estate and private investment transactions in coordination with executive leadership and external counsel. Maintain accurate, real-time status reporting for active transactions, deliverables, and deadlines. Project & Workflow Management Own project plans, task lists, and timelines for multiple concurrent workstreams. Proactively identify bottlenecks, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate issues when appropriate. Coordinate meetings, calendars, and execution-related logistics. Systems & Process Ownership Serve as a power user of i3 GE's CRM, project management, and document storage systems. Create and refine repeatable workflows, templates, and execution checklists. Ensure documentation is consistently organized, searchable, and audit-ready. Communicate professionally with clients and advisors on execution-related matters. Support CEO- and CFO-level initiatives through disciplined follow-through. This rol has no legal decision-making authority; coordination and execution only. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience & Skills 6-10 years of experience in transaction-heavy, document-driven environments. Working knowledge of commercial real estate and/or private investment transactions to include due diligence and execution.. Familiarity with legal structures and documentation (trusts, operating agreements, corporate records). Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with executive-level visibility.
