Job Description

We are an established home care agency located in Conway, SC, and we are seeking an experienced and dependable Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our expanding team. This role is critical to keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring excellent support for caregivers, clients, and leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows Supervise office staff and provide administrative support to field employees Handle scheduling coordination and assist with staffing needs Maintain employee records, compliance documents, and client files Assist with onboarding, orientation, and paperwork for new hires Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and families Support payroll, billing, and timesheet processes Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general office correspondence Work closely with management to improve efficiency and operations
Qualifications:
Healthcare or home care experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
