Office Manager - Pediatric Dental Office We are a growing, modern pediatric dental office seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team. Our practice is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a positive, professional, and family-friendly environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations Manage scheduling, patient flow, and team coordination Support insurance verification, billing, and collections Maintain excellent customer service and communication with families Assist with staff management and office organization Ensure efficient and professional office performance

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of office management and/or administrative experience required Dental office experience preferred, but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor
