Job Description

Office Manager duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Manager will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Duties/Responsibilities:
General data entry in ERP system. Receives and handles requests from customers and distributors for price quotes, purchase orders, order adjustments, and order cancellations. Maintain training & support calendar. Order office supplies, drinks, snacks and restock daily. Builds rapport with customers and works to ensure they receive excellent customer service. Put together "swag bags" Welcome guests Ensure office/conference room areas are well kept. Provides pricing, delivery, and other order information to customers. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for new orders to confirm information to process orders. Uses computer database (WMS) to retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information, and purchase order status. Drafts purchase orders and invoices to submit to both vendors and the accounting department. Maintains files of active orders and updates with changes to customer accounts or orders. Schedule and coordinate facilities maintenance items as requested. Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
One year of experience in customer service or order processing is required. Data entry experience a plus. Proficient in MS Office. Willingness to learn database and ordering systems. Salesforce and/or Spectrum knowledge preferred.
