Job Description

Job Summary We have expanded our business to include a new Greer, South Carolina site to support the growth of our electronic components distribution business. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee our inside sales and warehouse operations . The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient office environment and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including administrative, sales activities, shipping, and inventory/warehouse management. Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and communication with suppliers. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records, quote logs, backlog, and invoicing. Experience in Electronic Components, Industrial Distribution, or related fields. Fluency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and updating sales listing on our proprietary webstore. Some social media acumen required. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks with attention to detail. Position requires proof of US Citizenship.
