Job Description

Job Overview:
A well-established Charleston real estate company is seeking an adaptable, high-energy Office Administrator. You will manage front-desk reception, support leadership, and assist our agent team. This role requires routine travel between a few local offices to cover paid time off (PTO) and provide extra administrative support where needed.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Assist the Broker-in-Charge and provide day-to-day help to real estate agents.
Transaction Processing:
Handle and process real estate transaction paperwork accurately.
Office Operations:
Manage front desk reception, greet clients, and answer phone calls.
Tech & Social Media:
Deliver general computer troubleshooting and manage company social media platforms.
Mobile Support:
Travel between designated local office branches to provide coverage and administrative backup.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 1 year of real estate administrative experience is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy:
Advanced proficiency in computer/internet usage and Google Docs is mandatory.
Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with MLS , SkySlope Suite , and DocuSign is helpful to know and highly valued.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, sharp attention to detail, and a consistently professional, pleasant demeanor.
Logistics:
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local offices.
