As we continue to expand, we're looking for a capable and energetic Office Manager to help lead our daily operations and support our growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a motivated professional who enjoys variety, can manage multiple responsibilities, and wants to make a direct impact on the success of a service-oriented company.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily office operations and customer communications Manage scheduling, dispatching, and job coordination Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes Support leadership with administrative tasks and team coordination Ensure smooth workflow between the office and field technicians Maintain accurate records and assist with estimates and invoicing
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30
PM What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service and scheduling experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience Solid experience with QuickBooks (A/P and A/R) Service Titan experience is highly preferred Advanced organizational and multitasking skills Excellent phone presence and communication abilities Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries is a plus This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing local company where your contributions are valued and there is real potential for growth in both pay and responsibility.
