Job Description

Bountyland Chiropractic is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk / Office Manager to join our growing chiropractic and rehabilitation practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining strong administrative and billing systems. We are looking for a dependable team member who can confidently manage front office operations, assist with insurance and billing functions, and help create an outstanding patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. Schedule Part-Time Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday Approximately 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Two-hour lunch break each day Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Perform insurance billing, claim follow-up, and account auditing Collect patient payments, copays, deductibles, and balances Discuss financial responsibilities with patients in a professional and confident manner Manage patient records and documentation Monitor and respond to office emails, online inquiries, and new patient leads in a timely manner, ensuring prospective patients receive prompt follow-up and excellent customer service. Coordinate patient communication through phone, text, and email Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment Qualifications Minimum 2 years of healthcare front office experience preferred Experience working in a chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, or rehabilitation office strongly preferred Proficiency with ChiroTouch software is preferred Experience verifying insurance benefits and processing insurance claims Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments from patients Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with personal injury case management and documentation Familiarity with Medicare, commercial insurance, and workers' compensation claims Experience with patient recall and reactivation programs Training While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
