As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, invoicing warehouse and direct orders, and providing general office and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
Review, process, and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processing. Coordinate invoice approvals and communicate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice inquiries. Provide administrative and office support, including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Assist customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Prepare and process business documents such as invoices, quotes, order confirmations, reports, memos, and letters. Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems, records, and documentation for operational and audit purposes. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed. Generate reports and maintain records of sales, purchases, and other business transactions. Support office staff with special projects and other administrative tasks. Maintain an organized and professional work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Employer-Sponsored Life Insurance Requirements:
Associate degree in Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 2+ years of office administration experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
