This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating structure, managing priorities, and helping a growing company operate efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and supporting leadership with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Provide executive support to the CEO, COO, and leadership team Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage correspondence Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents Organize and maintain filing systems and company records Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Assist with invoices, expense tracking, and general bookkeeping support Support project documentation, contracts, permits, and other administrative tasks Greet clients, subcontractors, and visitors professionally Handle confidential information with discretion Perform special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative support Proficiency in, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience in the construction industry is a plus Experience with,,, or similar software is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off Health insurance (if offered) Retirement plan (if offered) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shift Work Location In person How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience and qualifications.
