  • Full-time We are a growing multi-state, multi-location dealership group, including Wheel City Auto and Northtown Automotive, seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for payroll, benefits administration, office processes, compliance oversight, and dealership administrative support. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and a proven track record of managing processes, solving problems, and accomplishing goals. Key Responsibilities Payroll & Human Resources Process payroll accurately and timely Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation Administer benefits and reconcile payments Maintain personnel records and support vendor communications Office Administration Oversee daily administrative office processes Process accounts payable and related documentation Manage company credit card and fleet card controls Support workflow improvements and process consistency Dealership Operations Book and process vehicle deals in the DMS Support title administration and deal documentation flow Serve as a resource for dealership system processes Provide operational support across departments Compliance & Licensing Assist with regulatory licensing oversight and renewals Support compliance administration requirements Monitor deadlines, reporting, and audit documentation Maintain organized records supporting examinations and renewals Systems Administration Manage user access for key systems and applications Coordinate access controls and administrative security procedures Support user setup with IT and vendors Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in office management, dealership administration, payroll, or accounting support Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and process accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems Ability to handle confidential information professionally Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Opportunity to grow with an established and expanding organization
