Office Manager to join our team!
Position Highlights:
Maintain an accurate daily census record.. Classify all charges between distinct service areas. Record charges for processing in an automated accounts receivable system. Bill accurately and timely all parties for the services rendered. Assist the administrator in collection of accounts receivable. (This requires understanding of reimbursement procedures including state and federal contracts, i.e., Medicaid, Medicare, VA, private insurance, etc.). Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and formal classroom business management education or two years business management experience. Proficiency in writing, communication, and mathematical skills. Be able to work accurately with pressures of deadlines and interruptions while at the same time being well organized, persistent and working as a team player. Possess good communication and analytical skills with the particular ability to pay attention to details.
