Compensation Base Pay:

$73,000 This is an estimate based on the lowest number of years of service and the lowest required degree level earned. Actual pay depends on the highest degree earned, years of service, contract duration, and supplements. Minimum Requirements Must pass a background check Master's degree in an appropriate field Possess an active Tennessee teaching license Active school leadership license: Beginning (442/482) or Professional (443/483) Administrator PreK-12 Preferred Experience in a building or district certified administrative role Active school leadership license: Professional (443) Administrator PreK-12 Other Able to collaborate with central office personnel, identify needs and implement plans to address them, and communicate clearly and effectively to lead staff across the district in a variety of areas Able to oversee concurrent projects from multiple, varied fields of need Able to help lead a small, rural school district in a tightly knit community.
