Job Description

Overview United Real Estate Solutions is seeking a professional, organized, and people-focused Office-Agent Specialist to join our team full-time. This position serves as the first point of contact for our office and plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, administrative organization, and Agent support. The ideal candidate is welcoming, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and confidence when interacting with Agents, vendors, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities Front Office & Administrative Support Answer incoming office phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately Greet visitors, Agents, vendors, and clients entering the office Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment Assist with general office administrative tasks and daily operations Calendar & Scheduling Management Manage office calendars, appointments, conference room reservations, and Zoom meeting schedules Coordinate scheduling needs for office meetings, trainings, and events Ensure scheduling systems and office calendars remain accurate and organized Office Operations Maintain inventory and order office and kitchen supplies as needed Help maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas, kitchen spaces, and conference rooms Assist with office setup and preparation for meetings, trainings, and events Marketing & Social Media Assistance Schedule pre-created content across company social media platforms Assist with basic administrative marketing tasks as needed Record Keeping & Tracking Maintain and update various Excel tracking sheets and office records Assist with administrative reporting and internal tracking processes ensuring information is entered accurately, current and organized Requirements Comfortable using Microsoft 365 products including: Excel Word Outlook Teams Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional appearance (business attire) and communication skills Friendly, confident, and customer-service oriented personality Ability to work independently and stay organized in a busy office environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Prior office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
