Your attention to detail will help manage administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and support various departments. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously Maintain organized filing systems, including digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, proofread documents, and support clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or executives Provide exceptional customer service by supporting client inquiries and assisting with general administrative needs Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the office environment remains tidy and functional Experience Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with payroll or timesheet software is important Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client or staff needs Previous experience as a receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and data entry accuracy Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will shine!
