Part-Time with potential for Full-Time growth Position Summary The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations, employee coordination, scheduling, documentation management, and office organization. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Coordinate employee scheduling and dispatch support Enter and maintain employee information in company systems Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation Manage subcontractor records, insurance certificates, W-9s, and compliance documents Review and organize job applications and hiring documentation Maintain filing systems and digital records Assist with payroll support and check distribution Coordinate communication between field staff, management, vendors, and clients Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed Assist with invoicing, work orders, and service documentation Answer phones, emails, and general office correspondence Help maintain organized project and client records Support ownership and management with administrative needs Qualifications Previous office administration or administrative assistant experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and customer service abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer systems Experience with scheduling and document management preferred Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or service industries is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and highly organized who can help bring structure and support to a growing company.
