Responsibilities:

Manage reception area, ensuring professional communication.

Organize office operations:

bookkeeping, correspondence, filing. Provide exceptional customer service in person, on calls, and emails. Coordinate jobs, oversee material orders, and maintain customer contact. Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports. Contribute to various projects, demonstrating flexibility.

Qualifications:
