  • ESR Employee Satisfaction Set Expectations / Scorecard Review Specific Responsibilities In maintaining the primary responsibility as the Office Manager you must undertake responsibilities including the following:
  • Conduct Quarterly Board meetings to establish clinic quarterly goals and develop the Quarterly Strategic plan.
  • Sets monthly KPI goals for all staff, holds the team accountable to the quarterly strategic plan to meet those goals, provides weekly accountability to the KPI's and assists staff to ensure goals are met.
  • Ensures franchise process is consistently followed by completing periodic audits to identify training opportunities.
  • Ensures adequate knowledge and application of operational franchise processes by using the results of audits and suggestions of providers and staff to identify training needs. Coordinates training on a weekly basis.
  • Assist the corporate office in the onboarding of new employees, evaluate staff, maintain company office policies, procedures and employee manuals.
  • Manage/supervise the team. Ensure staff members have the tools, training, support, and structure necessary to successfully serve patients and fulfill their job details.
  • Provide any necessary data to the corporate office to assist in office bookkeeping, payroll, monitoring vacation schedules and overseeing bonus programs.
  • Drive revenue by overseeing the insurance and patient billing process. T245a
  • Supports practice growth by overseeing the execution of the quarterly strategics plan.
  • Handle all elevated patient complaints or billing concerns.
  • Ensures all aspects of the facility are in working condition by coordinating with vendors and the landlord for equipment and building upkeep and working with owners to budget for necessary updates.
  • Review and analyze reports; summarize information; identify trends to report to the CEO a summary on each department (HR, training, marketing, billing) on a bi-weekly basis.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
