Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for hotel guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional customer service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and smooth administrative functions. Duties Hire, train, and supervise our front desk team to deliver outstanding guest services and ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and efficiency. Create schedules to insure all shifts are covered and be available to cover when needed. Coordinate reservation processes, room assignments, and billing activities accurately Handle guest complaints promptly, professionally, and with a focus on guest satisfaction Conduct audits of night audit activities to ensure data accuracy Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by fostering positive guest relations and ensuring team adherence to hospitality standards A full outline of duties will be discussed during interview. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Excellent communicator Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with guest services, reservation systems, and night audit procedures Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions is required.
