Your key responsibilities include:
Go above and beyond to deliver the myDental Experience for every patient Foster a pleasant, productive, and safe work environment that minimizes stress and maximizes team performance Coach, train, and supervise all office staff to uphold myDental's standards of excellence Ensure optimal scheduling for patient appointments to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow Oversee treatment planning coordination and explanation of procedures to patients Manage accounts receivable and perform end-of-day cash and payment reconciliation Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy, providing timely follow-up to ensure resolution Maintain OSHA and HIPAA procedural compliance across all office operations Support and enforce company policies and procedures Partner with HR to assess, investigate, and resolve employee matters Submit and maintain accurate employee records to HR, payroll, and appropriate departments Maintain office condition and coordinate necessary repairs Build collaborative working relationships across the organization to achieve shared goals Adapt quickly to last-minute changes while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years of dental office management experience required At least 2 years of dental treatment coordination experience required Experience with Dentrix Practice Management software strongly preferred Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team Critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-making abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to delegate effectively, manage conflict, and navigate high-pressure situations with composure High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for patient care What We Offer At myDental, you'll be part of a team that values your growth and contribution.
