Office Manager Location:
Enamel Dentistry
  • Austin Enamel Dentistry is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and support our growing dental practice!
This role goes beyond traditional office management — you'll oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints. As a key leader in the practice, you will be responsible for optimizing office flow, supporting front office and clinical coordination, and maintaining high standards in scheduling, billing, and patient communication. You'll play a vital role in team development, accountability, and overall office success.   • Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, patient flow, and team coordination.
  • Lead and support front office and clinical team members, fostering accountability and performance.
  • Manage treatment coordination processes and ensure strong case acceptance across the office.
  • Oversee billing, insurance verification, and claims processing for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for growth, and implement strategies to improve production and collections.
  • Handle patient concerns and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with office policies, systems, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive office growth and team development. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager ( required )
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results
  • Experience with dental billing, insurance, and financial systems; Open Dental experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of scheduling optimization and production goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
