We are a growing business and want the best talent in Austin to grow with us. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will:

Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming first impression. Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. Answer incoming phone calls and route calls to the appropriate team member. Provide professional, courteous, and effective guest service throughout the customer experience. Assist the management team with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Keep the front desk, reception area, and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming. Document guest referral sources and track how customers heard about our shop. Provide administrative support for various office functions when needed. Build strong relationships with customers and proactively promote our services. Assist with lead generation, customer follow-up, and appointment scheduling. Educate customers on available services and help identify opportunities to meet their needs. Support sales initiatives by converting inquiries into appointments and qualified opportunities. Help drive customer traffic, increase customer retention, and contribute to overall revenue growth. Maintain accurate customer records and assist with sales reporting and tracking. Collaborate with management to develop and implement customer outreach and marketing efforts. Success in this role requires someone who can effectively manage office operations, create an exceptional customer experience, drive customer traffic, and confidently promote and sell our services.

Must be familiar with standard office equipment: computer, printer, scanner, phone system Knowledge of Microsoft software Familiarity with CCC ONE Collision Repair Platform is a plus You must be a team player The winning candidate must be reliable and on time You must be an effective communicator Willing to grow and learn Sales experience Compensation for the

Right Candidate:

$20.00 +per hour depending on experience We offer extremely competitive, above industry standards, compensation based on certifications, skills, training, experience and talent.
