About the Role We are looking for an Office Workplace Manager to help create and maintain an engaging, organized, and highly functional office environment for our Austin team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end success of the office experience. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, support employees, visitors, and vendors, manage workplace projects, and help ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on employee experience. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships, improving processes, and creating a welcoming and productive workplace. Your office management expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to service will help shape the daily experience of our employees and guests. What You'll Do Coordinate meetings, activities, conferences, and team or group offsite events. Organize the office and maintain inventory of supplies and consumable items. Maintain the condition of the office and arrange necessary responses or repairs with outside vendors. Partner with the People team to update and maintain office policies as necessary. Develop and maintain office operations and procedures. Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment. Track office-specific costs and invoice status. Drive vendor selection and contract negotiations with office vendors and service providers. Serve as the primary point of contact for facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services. Manage projects end to end, including owning the project plan, working with cross-functional partners, and partnering with the Director of Real Estate Workplace Services and Senior Workplace Manager for final approval. Maintain and organize electronic records filing systems to ensure information is current and accessible. Work with vendors to solve high-level problems that require additional attention. Assess and gather feedback on core processes to help identify gaps and recommend opportunities for improvement. Monitor and track the employee ticketing queue for service requests where additional expertise is required. What You'll Bring Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant. Expertise in office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures. Proficiency in Google Workspace suite of office admin tools. Direct experience with typical office equipment. Familiarity with email scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. A creative, receptive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements. Experience as an office administrator or office manager in a highly visible, fast-paced office environment.  TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
