Job Description

Job Description The assistant office manager position that we are seeking to fulfill is a critical part of our organization. We are searching for someone who:
  • Has a strong work ethic
  • Is detailed-oriented
  • Is interested in long-term, full-time employment
  • Is proficient in MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks
  • Is a team player
  • Can handle the pressures associated with business. Some of the assistant office manager's duties include:
  • Involvement in all types of paperwork typical of small businesses including AP, AR, packing lists, etc.
  • Coordination with Production on equipment shipping and required documentation
  • Overseeing and maintaining the required documents for regulatory bodies such as Underwriters Laboratory, Workers' Comp, etc.
  • Interaction with customers' AP and procurement departments concerning items like meeting insurance requirements, submitting MSA's, open invoice issues, etc.
  • Able to work closely with 2-3 office employees and the office manager.

Full-time 40-hour work week Monday through

$18.00 - 22.00 per hour
