Job Description

Description Front Office Supervisors demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills and play an essential role in supporting the hotel's senior leadership team. This position assumes foundational management responsibilities and leads front office colleagues through coaching, guidance, and accountability. Supervisors may assist with training, scheduling, payroll support, and the interviewing and onboarding of new associates. As a highly visible leader, the Front Office Supervisor oversees the guest registration process and ensures consistent communication of hotel services, amenities, and promotions. This role creates meaningful opportunities for guest interaction and has a direct impact on shaping the overall guest experience. Front Office Supervisors also support daily operational needs, including processing payments and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support front desk agents to deliver exceptional guest service Assist with supervisory responsibilities such as training, scheduling, payroll administration, and interviews Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Communicate hotel services, promotions, and local information to guests Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously Process forms of payment and ensure compliance with hotel policies Serve as a role model for service excellence and Hyatt brand standards Benefits | We care for people so they can be their best .

Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Proven leadership and teamwork skills Previous Supervisory skills preferred Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs Prior Front Office experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations is required Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be 18 years of age or older
