Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient patient experience Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Maintain a full and productive schedule of patient appointments Review financial agreements and treatment plans with patients Help patients understand and accept their clinical diagnoses and treatment options Coordinate with vendors for office equipment, technology, and facility maintenance Promote a positive, supportive work environment in line with MINT's culture Manage staff schedules, PTO, and day-to-day performance, including corrective action if necessary Oversee office supply management and budgeting Support both front desk and clinical teams as needed Perform additional office duties as requiredQualifications:
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience OR 5+ years of leadership experience in an orthodontic/dental office Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship Strong background in customer service, sales, or dental/orthodontic administration (including knowledge of billing codes, procedures, and insurance) Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills A team-first attitude with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and accountabilityWhat We Offer:
