Proudly serving the communities of Houston, Galveston, Amarillo, Austin, Dumas, Lubbock, Tyler, Ft. Worth & Possum Kingdom. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team in Dumas . The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our Sales Associates and Branch Manager by ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing outstanding service to all team members and visitors. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests, vendors, and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor Contribute to a positive and team-oriented office culture Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales Associates and the Branch Manager Assist with marketing and social media activities to enhance office visibility Support office technology and troubleshoot basic system issues Facilitate efficient onboarding and training for new Sales Associates Maintain organized records and databases Manage office supplies and vendor relationships; ensure adequate inventory levels Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience required Real estate industry experience preferred, but not required Proactively identifies tasks and opportunities to add value Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , Internet research, and social media platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized , with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
