The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, staff attendance management, customer service coordination, government liaison matters, and supporting restaurant outlets with operational and platform-related issues. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration Manage daily office opening and closing procedures Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations Monitor office equipment, internet, air-conditioning, and supplies Prepare meeting rooms and assist with visitor reception Employee Attendance & Leave Management Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and leave records Track late arrivals, absences, and early departures Update attendance reports and notify management of any issues Government & Compliance Coordination Liaise with government agencies including:
MOM ICA IRAS SFA ACRA
Responsibilities include: Document submissions License renewals Government correspondence Compliance support and documentation Customer Service & Online Reviews Monitor and respond to customer reviews on: Google Reviews GrabFood Foodpanda Other online platforms Handle customer complaints professionally Prepare customer feedback reports and improvement suggestions Outlet Operational Support Assist restaurant outlets with: Account login and access issues Third-party delivery platform support Menu and photo updates Promotion setup and platform maintenance Customer complaint follow-up Cross-Department Coordination Coordinate with different departments and outlets Support operational problem-solving Ensure smooth communication and workflow efficiency Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time management abilities Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work independently Professional working attitude and teamwork spirit Strong problem-solving skills Computer Skills Proficient in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Google Workspace Email communication Basic file and data management Online platform operations Language Requirement Candidates who are able to speak Mandarin will have an added advantage due to communication with Mandarin-speaking staff, clients, and stakeholders.
