In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and foster a welcoming environment for all guests. Your leadership will drive customer service excellence, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to uphold our high standards of hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for hospitality management, this is your opportunity to shine! Duties Supervise front desk staff, including receptionists and night audit personnel, ensuring efficient operations during all shifts Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and attention to detail Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a friendly and solution-oriented approach Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous phone etiquette at all times Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest information using hotel management software Lead night audit activities to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Train new team members on customer service standards, hotel policies, and operational procedures Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on guest services Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Experience in night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices preferred Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence Join us as a Front Office Manager to create memorable experiences for our guests while leading a passionate team dedicated to outstanding service.
