Role Description This is an on-site contract Office Administrator role based in Hubbard, TX. The Office Administrator will manage daily office operations, including handling site orientations, greeting visitors, and responding to general inquiries. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining physical and digital records, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and, ensuring office equipment is functioning properly. The role will also assist with preparing basic reports or documents, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks. The Office Administrator will work closely with the safety staff and project management to ensure a professional, well-organized, and efficient office environment. Qualifications Bi-lingual Spanish and English speaking. Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and external partners. Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and basic troubleshooting. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment. Ability to work on-site in Hubbard, TX, maintain punctuality, and handle confidential information with discretion. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; experience in a safety or construction-related environment is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is beneficial.
