Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a professional and service-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, creating a welcoming environment for visitors and employees, and assisting with a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and enjoys contributing wherever support is needed. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and serve as a professional first point of contact for the office. Help maintain organized, presentable common areas and workspaces throughout the day. Coordinate meeting room preparation, including arranging seating, materials, and catering when needed. Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and other Office applications. Monitor inventory levels for office and kitchen supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management. Submit and track facility maintenance requests to ensure office issues are addressed promptly. Assist with office projects, event coordination, workplace initiatives, and other administrative tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role; corporate office experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word. Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and personable phone presence.
