Office Manager West Texas Paving, Inc. - 5.0 Lubbock, TX Job Details Full-time From $40,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Retirement plan Qualifications Website maintenance Computer operation Guest relations Web development Writing skills Administrative experience Driver's License Bachelor's degree Clerical experience Productivity software Technical Proficiency Office experience Full Job Description Office Manager Overview Manage personnel services, regulatory compliance, and office administration Work requires computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills Work will be based at the Wolfforth, Texas office 40 hours per week Office Manager Tasks and Responsibilities Verify timecard field entries and process weekly payrolls Manage all company personnel files and confidential records Revise and update Company policies and procedures Conduct new employee orientations, E-Verify screenings, and exit interviews Monitor and update job requirements and descriptions for new hire positions Phone-screen job applicants and provide follow-up calls through hiring process Submit government reports related to applicable labor and safety regulations Welcome and greet all guests and direct them accordingly Prepare office at the start of the day and maintain a clean environment Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate respondent Retrieve mail and packages daily and distribute accordingly Monitor and update Company website with current and relevant data Complete offsite errands such as bank deposits, mail, and Company events Refresh office supplies, coffee, and snacks as needed to ensure no shortages Office Manager Required Skills and Qualifications Friendly and outgoing demeanor Excellent interpersonal communication, including business writing skills Thorough understanding of office procedures. 1-3+ years of experience in a professional office environment Aptitude in website building and maintenance Bachelor's Degree in related field Proficiency in
