Duties Include:
Clerical support Job books Vendor follow-up MTRs and paperwork Inventory spreadsheets Receiving paperwork Phone calls and emails Outlook and Profit Fab software usage PO verification on paperwork Accounting support assistance Inventory organization and follow-up
Requirements:
Extremely detail oriented Strong follow-up skills Excel experience is a plus AI knowledge is a HUGE plus Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
