Job Title:
Business Office Manager (BOM)•
Reports To:
Administrator•
Job Purpose:
The BOM ensures all front office functions, facility employment necessities, Resident issues and Resident finances are handled. Must ensure Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and all Resident Trust Fund filing are performed correctly. •
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend Daily Stand Up Meeting, Daily Administrator's Update Brief Work with Nursing and Social Departments to ensure pending admissions meet financial requirements Medicaid applications, 3618s and 3619s, and NOMNCs Certify Resident finances are in order, maintain accurate Resident Trust Fund posting deposits and withdrawals weekly Fulfill all duties as Representative Payee Send out monthly invoices and follow up on all AR each month Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences Any other requirements deemed necessary by administration Experience in billing and medicaid applications for long term care •
Qualifications:
High school diploma Ability to present a positive professional appearance •
Working Conditions:
This is an office job, and you will spend most of your days inside, at a desk. •
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move equipment, weighing up to 50 pounds; sitting in a chair and typing for extended periods. •
