Position Overview We are is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations in Plano, Texas. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment and can communicate effectively across teams. Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple administrative priorities. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and day-to-day administrative support. Coordinate internal events, including arrangements for visitors, customers, VIPs, and guests. Arrange travel-related logistics such as hotel accommodations and local transportation for visiting guests. Support on-site event coordination, including catering and hospitality needs. Maintain office supply inventory and compare vendor pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Track company vehicle usage and help ensure vehicles remain in good operating condition. Help manage temporary housing or condo-related administrative records, including invoice processing. Answer incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate internal contacts. Provide general administrative support and assist with additional office tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and external partners. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented approach. High level of attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and support continuous process improvement.
