The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and extensive experience in office management. As the Office Lead, you will coordinate administrative functions, supervise staff, manage vendor relationships, and support overall office productivity. Responsibilities Supervise daily office activities, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and leadership to optimize time management. Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services. Coordinate human resources functions including onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives. Handle bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Organize office events, meetings, and training sessions to foster team engagement and professional growth. Maintain a well-organized filing system and ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards. Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and visitor reception to uphold a professional image. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and vendor management practices. Familiarity with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software is essential. Excellent communication skills combined with organizational expertise to handle multiple priorities effectively. Experience in medical office management or healthcare settings is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and implement training programs for staff development. Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and front desk operations is required.
