Required Qualifications:
Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position. At least 1 year of experience in administrative and general clerical support. Ability to manage workloads effectively while meeting strict deadlines. Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures. Strong communication skills. Experience in customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills with experience in MS Office software, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with inventory control and maintaining accurate records. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AiM or other work management software. Experience with SAP or other ERP software. Previous employment in higher education or government. Job Description The Office Manager provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit. Job Duties Oversee daily operations of the Ingress Management Services (IMS) front office. Function as the primary liaison between campus clients and IMS staff, facilitating clear communication and prompt problem-solving to ensure efficient service delivery. Act as the central contact for campus clients, the IMS Supervisor, Electronic Specialists, and Locksmiths to coordinate and expedite issue resolution. Manage the issuance and return of master, submaster, and general keys, ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies. Identify, troubleshoot, research, and correct errors in key records. Establish and maintain an effective filing system and review files for completeness. Assist in the hiring and training of student workers. Maintains inventory for the IMS shop. Perform other duties as assigned.
