Oil and Gas client based in The Woodlands is looking for a driven and self-motivated direct hire Office Administrator to oversee daily office and administrative support Front desk coverage, answering phones, managing mail, ordering supplies, and coordinating vendors. Assist with accounting tasks such as reviewing invoices, tracking credit memos, supporting billing, and maintaining accurate records. Support vendor and customer setup by collecting and verifying required information and documentation. Help maintain compliance with company policies and internal processes related to vendor and customer information. Coordinate company events, team lunches, meetings, and other employee engagement activities. Work closely with accounting, sales, and leadership teams to support day-to-day business operations. Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and provide dependable support in a fast-paced team environment.
