Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing support to staff, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or team members as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an office administrator, or receptionist is preferred.
  • Experience with vehicle titles is a big plus!
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
