Assistant Business Office Administrator |
ABOM Shift:
Monday to Friday - 8AM to 5
PM Pay:

We celebrate our staff by offering career advancements, mentorships, and tools to be successful. We are looking for an Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for medical billing, assisting other business office staff in maintaining a system of financial record keeping including ledgers, recording payments, writing receipts, posting cash journals, prepare and make bank deposits, etc. and additional duties as needed. Supports financial and business office operations at the facility, and reports directly to the Business Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
Active collections of all aging accounts while also collecting current cash. Assisting families to answer questions about bills, statements, Medicaid qualifications. Perform month-end close. Assistant in the review the facility's accounting policies and procedures periodically, at least annually, and make recommendations to the Business Manager.
Qualifications:
Medicaid application experience a must! Previous medical billing required in all payer sources (Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Hospice, Private, etc.) Professional, positive, and customer service driven Strong organizational and time management skills are a must Must work well independently and part of a team Must have strong computer skills, including
