Enyo Energy is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office & Operations Manager to help keep our energy development team running smoothly. This role blends office operations, project support, document organization, compliance coordination, and executive support within a collaborative, mission-driven team based in beautiful Little Cottonwood Canyon. This role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside a pioneer in Utah's renewable energy industry. Christine Mikell launched Utah's renewable energy program while working at the Utah Energy Office and later helped develop the Spanish Fork Wind Farm, Utah's first utility-scale renewable energy project. She has spent more than two decades helping shape sustainable energy transition and development across Utah and the broader Intermountain West. Enyo Energy is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional Office and Operations Manager to support office operations, compliance coordination, document management, and administrative workflows across a fast-moving renewable energy company. This role will help manage lease and insurance tracking, contracts, office coordination, bookkeeping support, and operational organization. Key Responsibilities Manage lease payment schedules, insurance documentation, reporting deadlines, and compliance obligations Coordinate and organize contracts, agreements, due diligence materials, and project records Ensure project documentation remains organized, current, and transaction-ready Track documentation required by partners and consultants Support day-to-day operational coordination for a small, fast-moving team Manage day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliation support, and maintaining accurate financial records using online accounting systems Prepare and analyze recurring financial and operational reports, audit records for accuracy and completeness, and proactively identify discrepancies, trends, and recommendations to support business decision-making and operational efficiency Coordinate with consultants and external stakeholders to keep workflows moving efficiently Identify opportunities to improve organizational systems and operational consistency Coordinate office logistics including supplies, snacks, mail distribution, and landlord communication Support executive scheduling, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and administrative follow-through Maintain organized digital filing systems, subscriptions, memberships, and operational records Provide scanning, filing, data entry, and administrative support across the team Qualifications & Experience Required 4+ years of experience in office management, operations, administration or related roles Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and online organizational tools[CM1] such as ShareFile and Smartsheets Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, communications, operations, accounting or related fields Experience working in a small company or entrepreneurial environment Renewable energy or project development industry exposure Enyo Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
