Office Administrator role About Us Western Disaster Clean Up is a trusted leader in emergency restoration services across Utah. From water and fire damage to mold remediation and biohazard cleanup, we're committed to helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly and safely. Our team is known for fast response times, high-quality work, and strong relationships with insurance providers. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our in-office team. This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly by managing incoming communications, coordinating job dispatch, and supporting both office staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and sort incoming emails, ensuring messages are routed to the appropriate team members.
- Dispatch new jobs to the correct office location and coordinate with field teams as needed.
- Input and maintain accurate job information in company systems.
- Assist in evaluating call viability and determining appropriate next steps.
- Support the Office Manager in maintaining efficient daily operations.
- Assist company owners with miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus.
