Full Job Description Who We Are:
At Palisades Counseling, we want to create an atmosphere of safety and support for people as they search for peace and well-being. A place where a strong relationship between the therapist and client can promote healing and positive change. The name Palisades literally means, "a fence of stakes set firmly in the ground as for enclosure or defense." We are looking for like-minded professionals to continue supporting our patients while building clientele. We're looking for a warm, motivated, and customer-service-focused individual to join our front office team!
Position Overview:
We are a growing, large counseling practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with creative marketing tasks and can take initiative while also following direction effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day office management and administrative tasks Support insurance claims processing and follow-ups Assist with provider credentialing and related documentation Help develop and maintain marketing materials (social media, flyers, website updates, etc.) Ensure accuracy and organization across all systems and records Collaborate with leadership while also working independently when needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to take direction while also demonstrating initiative and leadership Experience with insurance claims and/or credentialing preferred (but not required) Creative eye and aesthetic sense for marketing and branding materials Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Excellent communication skills
Schedule:
Part-time (hours to be determined based on availability and office needs) Why Join Us?
