Full-TimePosition Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations across order management, pricing coordination, logistics, and financial processes. This role is critical to ensuring smooth business operations by managing the flow of orders, tracking shipments, and supporting accounts payable and receivable .The ideal candidate is proactive, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities across operations and finance. Key Responsibilities Operations & Order Management Process and manage sales and purchase orders from start to finish Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment Track order status and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies Maintain accurate order records and documentation Pricing & Vendor Coordination Maintain and update pricing information across systems Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and changes Ensure consistency and accuracy of pricing across orders and invoices Shipping & Logistics Track shipments and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve shipping issues Monitor and communicate delays or exceptions Accounting Support (AP/AR) Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Prepare and send invoices Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile orders, invoices, and payments for accuracyAdministrative & Process Management Maintain organized records and documentation Identify and improve operational processes and workflows Support general office operations as needed QualificationsRequired 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or accounting support Strong experience with order processing and vendor coordination Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPreferred Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Background in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce Experience with CRM or order management systems Proven ability to improve processes and workflowsWhat We're Looking For A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through on tasks Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently Comfortable working across operations, logistics, and finance Reliable, organized, and proactiveCompensation & BenefitsStarting at $28 hr and varies depending on experience.
