We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and dependable to support firm leadership and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Responsibilities include:
Executive and calendar support Travel, scheduling, and coordination Office operations and workflows Communication across teams, clients, and partners Event and platform support
Qualifications:
3-7+ years of relevant experience Strong organization and attention to detail Professional, resourceful, and reliable Bachelor's degree preferred Full-time, salaried position with health benefits. Compensation competitive based on experience.
