Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will support both internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Handle multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls accurately using excellent phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders efficiently for team members Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and staff with inquiries and support needs Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism Experience in behavioral health

Medical Intergrated care Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications for document creation and collaboration Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions Demonstrated office management experience with familiarity in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office equipment operation for seamless communication flow Experience in customer support roles with a focus on delivering friendly service and problem resolution Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous for understanding specialized workflows Join us as an Office Administrator to be the cornerstone of our efficient operations!
