The company services commercial operators, fleets, construction companies, logistics providers, and owner-operators through in-shop repair, field service, diagnostics, maintenance, and emergency roadside support.
Operations include:
Heavy Diesel Diagnostics and Repair Engine Repair and Replacement Roadside Assistance Fleet Maintenance Hydraulic, Suspension, Brake, And Electrical Repair DOT Inspection and Compliance Support The company operates in a production-driven environment focused on uptime, repair accuracy, operational efficiency, and long-term customer retention. Position Overview The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, customer communication, scheduling coordination, invoice management, documentation control, and operational organization across the company. This position serves as a central support role for shop management, service advisors, dispatch operations, technicians, and customers. The role requires an individual capable of operating in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining organization, communication accuracy, scheduling discipline, and administrative accountability. The Office Administrator is expected to support operational efficiency, maintain professional communication standards, assist with workflow coordination, and ensure administrative functions are completed accurately and efficiently. This is an operational support position, not a passive front desk role.
