Job Description
Job description Stateson Homes is looking for a self-motivated, detailed oriented candidate to join our team as Office Administrator. Our mission is to provide superior homes and service to our customers that will create and grow referrals and repeat business for the long term. The ideal candidate will provide order to the daily logistics of the office, assist with sales contract processing, and support office operations.
Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient office processes Organize company meetings and special events Answer company phone and responds to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Process contract documentation from point of sale through closing Receive, sort, process and distribute company mail Maintain customer and vendor files and records Assist administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research Order and maintain office and model home suppliesOffice Administrator Requirements:
